Ham Ninh Fishing Village




An Thoi Fishing Port




Ham Ninh fishing village is located on the east coast of the island, behind the mountains, facing the immense sea. The population is concentrated along the banks of the Ham Ninh canal. Village is the shelter for boat when storm is coming. People living here is too deprived and strenuous, so the main occupation is still the pearl diving, catching sea cucumbers (station break) and swimming crab nets. Nowadays, Ham Ninh is popular by Bai Vong harbour, nice beaches and unique seafood.
An Thoi is located in the South of Phu Quoc Island and it is the biggest fishing port for most of offshore fishing and tourist boats daily. An Thoi is including 2 parts: the main port (132m in length and 8.5m in width) and the wharf area (100m in length and 15m in width) to serve above-mentioned aims.
